Ira strongly recommended doing a sort of 'back and forth' in a creative production to keep the audience's attention. He suggested this in the frame of telling a story. However, my podcast was not really scripted as a story, but I can still implement a 'back and forth.' Throughout the podcast, I will try to insert pieces of my friends talking or sound effects to break up my voice. This will create a sort of action that can keep the listener engaged.
Even though I just said it is not a story, it is still logically arranged, and I need to leverage that. My podcast goes from general information to specific applications of it to ways to get involved. All of this combines to make a sort of 'story' of rock climbing in Tuscaloosa.
